HR Interview

HR interview questions with suggested answers. Inspite of having technical knowledge, many job seekers fail to get successful may be due to lack of tacklin skills at HR interview.

May be this attachment gives u good lift!

My tips to u:

1.Please talk legibly,loud enough and slowly(not very slowly).

2.Look at interviewers eyes/face.

3.Dont scratch ur hair (dont even touch.)

4.Dont behave arrogantly even though they tell on ur face that u are not selected, sometimes they may test u inspite u do well. God only knows the ways they test!

5.Dont clean ur nails or nose. Thats not the time to do that!

6.Always have a smiling face.

7.Always wear clean and well pressed(ironed) clothes (with polished leather shoes in case of guyz).

8. Guyz, please see that ur hair is in correct proportion(go for a hair cut if it requires, or/and Comb well.)

9.Guyz, wear a light color shirt preferably plain( better avoid stripes or checks) (colors:white,sky blue or light cream). Let pant be dark colored, black,brown etc. Dont wear colors which grabs and disturbs intrerviewer attention.

10.Galz, Sorry u need to take care. I'm not aware.

Then what else? Yup,

11.NEVER EVER FORGET TO RESERCH ABOUT THE COMPANY! U NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE COMPANY! The more u know the more u have edge!

12.If they ask to ask any questions, then ask about their services and domains and future plans etc.. U will know what to ask if u see their website.

13. Try to take a MOCK test with the help of ur frenz. Use simple yet good vocabulary.

14.Please spend some time to send details/pattern/questions of companies u have taken the test! Plz suggest tips etc..

15.Finally, after successfully entering into company, please mail to group that u got the job and help others to get job!
